*To choose E-Billing: Log in to your
customer portal and click on the
“Communication Preferences” tab at the top. First please make sure (or edit if
needed) that your correct email is what is listed under your “Portal Email”
section! Then scroll down to the Correspondence section and click the
“Email” option for Statements & Delinquency’s. Also, make
sure to unclick the “Printed” option for both!
